Order Cancellation Conditions
- Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped and the request is made within 48 hours of placement.
- After 48 Hours or Shipped: Orders cannot be canceled once 48 hours have passed since the order was placed or if the item has already been dispatched. Order Cancellation Process
- Request Submission: To apply for a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at solutions@royalvillaeu.com or by phone at +1 (256) 403-0299. You must provide your order number and proof of payment (such as a screenshot of the transaction).
- Processing: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.
Refund Instructions
- Method: After the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
- Timeline: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
- Delayed Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly for assistance.
Additional Terms
- Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout and the order has already passed the 48-hour cancellation window, we cannot cancel the order in transit.
- Inventory Availability: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
