Shipping Range

We currently only provide shipping services within the entire United States. Shipping to other countries or regions is not supported at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • For orders totaling $300.00 or more (including $300.00), we provide free shipping.

  • For orders totaling less than $300.00, a flat shipping fee of $13.99 will be charged.

Taxes

All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery.

Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) CET.

  • Orders placed before 18:00 CET will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 CET will be processed starting the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, the processing time is 1-3 business days. During this period, we prepare your items, perform quality checks, and package them for shipment.

Shipping Duration

The estimated total transit time is 7-15 business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Logistics Carriers

To ensure the safety and speed of your delivery, we partner with reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment on our "Order Tracking" page by entering your email address or phone number along with your order number to check the real-time status.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If you receive a damaged product or if your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes or stop the delivery.
  • Shipping Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delivery failures or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Signing Precautions

Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the package. If the packaging is significantly damaged, we recommend taking photos as evidence and contacting us before accepting the delivery.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons or public holidays, logistics carriers may experience higher volumes, which could result in slight delays beyond our standard 7-15 business day window. We will do our best to ensure your furniture arrives as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to your absence, they will typically make multiple attempts or leave a notice for local pickup. If the package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the delivery failed multiple times, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses or in separate packages to ensure they reach you in the most efficient manner. You will receive tracking information for each package.
